Family Assistance Ministries

This organization helps bridge the gap for families and individuals with
resources for food, shelter, personal supportive counseling, and aid all for
the purpose of keeping people housed. We support this organization with
donations and monthly volunteer events.

Toys for Tots

Each year, Sonance Foundation organizes a toy drive for the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots program.

Kindness, compassion, recognition and perspective are all hugely important aspects of a healthy workplace. At Sonance, we take great pride in the mental health and general well-being of our employees. From Veteran’s Day to Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day to “Puppy Parties,” we place value in each other as well as hard work!

American Red Cross Blood Drive

Sonance Foundation hosts and provides administrative support to the American Red Cross Blood Drive events where employees get the
opportunity to donate blood. These drives are also open to the public to ensure more donations reach the Red Cross.

Special Projects

In July, the Sonance Foundation received a large donation of surface cleaning wipes from Evident Clean valued at 1.2 million dollars. These sanitization wipes were originally destined for national chain retailers, but due to an error
on the label, they could not be sold in stores. Sonance Foundation agreed to take on the logistical task of distributing over 950 pallets of wipes to facilities around the nation in need.

Faced with distributing this immense amount of disinfecting supplies, the Sonance Foundation reached out to local and national partners to help them locate facilities large enough to accept truckloads of pallets at a time. One
partner, Rainbow Sandals Foundation, agreed to accept over 200 pallets of wipes to distribute throughout Orange County and donated funds to offset the shipping costs to get the wipes from their warehouse in New Jersey to
San Clemente, California.

Since July, nearly all the 958 pallets, comprised of over 60 million individual tubes of sanitizing wipes, have been shipped out across the country to food pantries, schools, warehouses, shipping facilities, churches, and other non-
profit organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club. The Sonance Foundation is incredibly proud to have distributed these valuable sanitizing supplies that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill.
